The useful details / Terms
A few clear ground rules.
Our guides help you make informed travel choices. These terms explain the limits of that role and how you may use the site.

1. About these terms
These terms apply to use of cheerdeckfeedburst.lat, operated by Cheer Deck Wellness Guides Ltd., company number 16842731, registered at 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, you should stop using it. Nothing here removes mandatory rights that apply to you under consumer law.
You can contact us at [email protected]. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, and our Cookie Policy explains browser storage.
2. Information, not a booking service
We provide general editorial information about European wellness travel. We are not a tour operator, booking agent, healthcare provider or emergency service. The site does not take payments, reserve rooms, arrange treatments or create a contract between you and a venue.
Content is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified clinician about health-related suitability, particularly for heat, cold immersion, bathing and specialist treatments. Venue instructions and professional advice take precedence over general travel guidance.
3. Accuracy and your travel decisions
We aim to make our guides useful and clear, but facilities, prices, transport, opening hours and local rules can change. Prices are approximate planning ranges, not offers or guaranteed quotes. Verify important details directly with the provider before booking or traveling.
Photography is illustrative and may not depict the destination or experience discussed. References to a place or service do not guarantee quality, availability, safety or suitability. You are responsible for checking entry requirements, insurance, accessibility and the terms of your own bookings.
4. Acceptable use
You may browse the site and use its information for lawful personal planning. Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, harvest personal information, impersonate others or send unlawful, abusive or misleading material.
Automated access must not overload our infrastructure, bypass security controls or infringe intellectual property rights. You may link to our public pages fairly, provided your link does not falsely suggest endorsement or an official relationship.
5. Intellectual property and submissions
Original editorial text, branding, layout and code are owned by us or used under applicable permissions. Third-party photographs and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may save or print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use with relevant attribution. Wider republication, resale or reuse requires permission unless the law provides an exception.
You retain ownership of messages and suggestions you send. You grant us only the permission reasonably needed to review, respond to and administer your inquiry. Sending a message does not give us blanket permission to publish your identity or private correspondence. Do not submit material you lack the right to share.
6. External links and availability
External links are provided for convenience. Independent websites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control their content or performance. Your dealings with external providers are between you and those providers.
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the site for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse or a breach of these terms. No paid account or subscription service is currently offered, so restriction does not terminate any travel booking.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of information is error-free. We are not responsible for the independent acts of hotels, transport companies, spas or other providers, or for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights and any applicable rules about foreseeable loss remain unaffected.
8. Law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections available in your country of habitual residence. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law allows you to bring proceedings elsewhere. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of non-waivable consumer rights is imposed.
If a problem arises, email us with a clear description so we can try to resolve it informally. This does not prevent you from using a regulator, court or other available remedy. We may revise these terms and update the effective date. Material changes apply prospectively; check this page when returning to the site.
